Where to file the public
complaints?
The citizen can file the complaint related to
municipal services in the PUBLIC GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL CELL (PGR
CELL) at the premises of City Muncipal Council, Chamarajanagara.
How to file the public complaints and
tracking status of the complaint?
The complaint can be registered through either
of the following three modes.
Paper form
The citizen can fill the
complaint form available at PGR CELL (at free of cost) and submit.
In turn he/she will get acknowledgement receipt number for tracking his
complaint status.
Telephone
The citizen can file his complaint by
calling to the telephone number 223300 and
224239 explain the complaint
details to the Grievance Officer. In turn he/she will be informed about
his complaint tracking number.
Internet
The citizen can file his complaint by visiting
the link
http://www.chamarajanagaracity.gov.in/grievance-redressal.html.
After submitting the complaint, PGR system will generate complaint
tracking number (highlighted in yellow color). The citizen needs to
note down this number for tracking the complaint status. He/She should
enter this system generated number in the web page
http://www.chamarajanagaracity.gov.in/grievance-redressal.html
to know the status.
Who will answer the phone?
Two persons in each shift will be
working round the clock and Will answer the HELPLINE telephones.
How can they help?
The HELPLINE staff will listen to
your grievance carefully and asks the details like complaint
location, complainant name, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.
At last HELPLINE staff will give you a complaint number.
I have two complaint in my ward. Can
I register both the complaints at a time?
You can register both the complaints
at a time. But HELPLINE staff will give you two separate
complaint number to refer your both the complaints.
Is there any time limit to dial
HELPLINE?
No. Helpline works
round-the-clock.
